Rumor: new iMacs in October, including Retina display

O DigiTimes it is far from being a reliable vehicle, such as the WSJ, but once in a while asians get it right, which is exactly why it’s worth noting the last of them. According to the site, Apple is preparing to launch new iMacs in October, with mass production starting this month.

Two iMacs

Supply chain sources also said that the new iMacs have a great chance of coming equipped with Retina screens, after all, Apple extends the novelty to the entire line of Mac products, being just a matter of time until all computers have the displays high resolution. The design of the machine would remain the same, however Apple would be planning a renewal of it (and the Mac Pro) for 2013.

I swear I want to believe.
