Rumor: Apple would be developing new fully wireless Beats headphones for the “iPhone 7”

In November 2014, we covered the Dash headphones (picture above) completely wireless here on the website. Totally same, even without that little cable connecting the left and right sides of the phone.

Because, according to the 9to5Mac, Apple through its team at Beats is developing new headphones just like that and has plans to launch them next to the iPhone 7. The rumor comes around the discussions about abandoning the 3.5mm output on the device, which itself 9to5Mac he also claims to have heard from his sources.

These new Beats headphones, which would be the brand's first major product released after it was acquired by Apple, would probably be sold partly while the iPhone 7 would have in its box new conventional EarPods equipped with a Lightning connector.

The project, still under development within Apple, has focused (as always) on battery autonomy, since, in the case of fully wireless headphones, I need each piece to have its own battery and transmitter. To facilitate recharging the accessory, Apple would have developed a type of case capable of feeding the battery of the headphones while they are not being used. Currently, a full recharge according to the sources would be giving an autonomy under four hours.

Like the Dash, it is possible that the new Beats headphones have a button to activate Siri and basic controls such as answering / hanging up calls. They would also, of course, be equipped with a microphone system capable of reducing ambient noise.

The thing promises. We will see that it comes by! 😀
