Corroborating a rumor brought “unintentionally” by iTunes 12.2, last week, the French website iGen said today (Google Translate) that Apple should really update the iPods next Tuesday, July 14th.

Apparently, the iPod touch you will be the only one to receive a “significant” update. The leaked images show that it loses its loop and possibly continues with a 4-inch screen, but at least a 64-bit processor awaited. The current iPod touch (fifth generation, launched in 2012) has an A5 chip; the expectation that the new will adopt at least the A7 chip.
J o iPod nano it's the iPod shuffle basically you should get new colors. It is cheering for Apple to at least find a way to make them compatible with offline files downloaded from Apple Music, although DRM technology makes this unlikely.
