Rock in Rio 2019 was the stage for the launch of Facebook's first marketing campaign in Brazil. The social network debuted the "More Together" campaign in Latin America and partnered with the festival to unite real experiences with social networks. Through the collaborative Facebook Stories, famous people share their experiences on festival days and their posts are gathered with those of the event participants. The entire content produced during Rock in Rio is part of Artplan NOW, a command center that plans, produces and airs live festival experiences for anyone to watch.

Created as an evolution of the groups that already exist on Facebook, the project wants to unite different people with different tastes, but they have something in common: the pleasure of sharing the experiences lived within Rock in Rio. Collaborative Stories have already been tested in international festivals and have now arrived in Rio de Janeiro. Being one of the biggest music events in the world, the festival is the perfect place to unite the brands, increasing the sense of belonging to the public to feel at home.

To keep track of the event and the moments shared in the Stories, it's simple: just enjoy the official Rock in Rio Facebook page or any artist on the 2019 line-up. The Stories on these pages act as a content hub, showing from the backstage of production to what the public is living within the festival.

The partnership was born with Artplan NOW, an operations center thinking about social networks for major events. According to Rodolfo Medina, Vice President of Rock in Rio and President of Artplan Agency: "NOW is a great integrator between Rock in Rio and major brands, bringing the experience of festivals." The launch of the "More Together" campaign unites the ideas of sharing experiences and bringing the mood of the festival to those who are not there, telling a story about the event and what brands want to tell the public.

Rock In Rio 2019 takes place until October 6th. They've been to Drake World Stage, Bon Jovi, Red Hot Chili Peppers, among others. Some of the artists who are still performing are Iron Maiden, Pink, Imagine Dragons and Muse.
