Step 1. Install Drink Water Reminder from the dnetc page. When you open the app, a welcome screen appears. Tap "Let's go" to get started. Select your genre and tap "Next";

Step 2. Enter your weight, and then the times you wake up and go to sleep. The app will generate an automatic hydration plan for your routine;

Step 3. The main screen displays your daily drink goal. After drinking a glass of water, tap the main button. Note that the level increases in the count bar. The goal is to drink as much as you need during the day to complete the challenge. The intake history would be displayed at the bottom of the screen;

Step 4. You can change the amount you eat in one period. To do this, tap the small cup icon in the right corner of the water level. Then select the container with the exact amount of volume ingested. Finish on "OK";

Step 5. To view the water intake report for the last days, months or year, tap the "History" button in the top menu;

Step 6. In the "Settings" section you can configure the application. Users can change the unit of measure of ingested volume, daily intake target, language and profile information. To change the frequency of reminders, go to "Reminder Interval" and choose the desired time. Finish on "OK";

Step 7. Reminders for drinking water will appear on the mobile screen, according to the determined frequency. Alerts will also be displayed when the phone is locked;
