How does the Season Rental work?

In the free mode, there is a 5% commission charge for each closed deal. The subscription plan, however, generates an annual charge of R $ 699 without commission for new reservations. Reservation management can be performed by the application, on the owner panel, with information about the advertisement, calendar and other details. For travelers, the registration guarantees access to the properties advertised and direct communication with the owners. When consulting prices on a reservation, users can check all the extra fees charged, for example, the property maintenance fee defined by the owner. In addition, for each confirmed reservation, the traveler pays a percentage in cash to the Season Rental – which also has its value presented before the confirmation of the deal. The accepted forms of payment are: credit card and bank slip.
The cancellation of a reservation and the refund policies must be consulted according to the chosen property. This is due to the five cancellation policy options offered to the owner, ranging from flexible to strict, in which no refunds are accepted. If available, refunds take 5-7 business days to process and up to 14 days for the money to be returned. It is worth mentioning that other values, such as the service fee of the website, are not refundable.
