Regularize a portal that facilitates users' access to the services of the Attorney General's Office of the National Treasury (PGFN) and can be accessed between 7 am and 9 pm on business days. The system is part of the redesign of the PGFN website, which started in August 2018. The old e-CAC underwent a redesign with a new name, concept, design and functions. In this new version, it is possible to consult debts, negotiate, pay in installments, cancel installments, in addition to other resources.

How to access the platform
Step 1. Access the Regularize Portal (www.regularize.pgfn.gov.br) and go to the bottom of the page to find the login or registration area on the platform. If you already have a registration, enter the website and go to the next step. If you don't have one, click on the "Register" button to register;

Step 2. To create the registration, enter your CPF or CNPJ in the indicated field and click on "Continue". You will be redirected to the next screen;

Step 3. Fill in the registration form with your phone details, mother's name, e-mail, date of birth, password and security phrase;

After completing the registration, you will receive an email with information to validate your registration. Follow the steps to get full tool access. Use the main panel to use the platform functions.

Step 1. Click on the first option on the panel, "Consulta Dvida";

Step 2. Choose the type of debt you want to check, and click on the corresponding tab. After filling in the data, click on "consult".

Step 2. Choose the option you want to issue your debt payment. See below for information on all options;

Step 3. To issue a Federal Revenue Collection Document (DARF) or a Simple Collection Document, simply fill in the CPF / CNPJ and the debt registration. In case of doubts, you can consult the FAQ of the PGFN;

Step 4. For those looking to issue a DARF / DAS of a parcel or Social Security Guide, the system will open another screen with information about the option and forward the service to another PGFN website;

Step 5. To issue the Social Security Guide (GPS), just click on issue GPS.

Consult the allocated installments
Step 1. Click on the "Consultation to Unallocated Payments" option to check DARF payments made less than 5 years ago and that were not registered in the active debt due to some type of filling error;

Step 2. On the next screen, present the initial and final date on which the payment was made and the search must be made directly in your registration.

Step 1. Click on "Request Inquiry" in the initial panel;

Step 2. To check protocols and requirements registered in your data, just select which option you want. If you click on "Protocol / Requirements", select your own protocols or those presented by proxy. In "Removal from the List of Debtors", you will only see if you have any information or the message "No requirements found";

Step 1. Select the option "Debt Negotiation" and wait for the next page to load;

Step 2. The initial information for negotiating debts will appear on this page. Read and click on "Access SISPAR". Another window with your information and negotiations carried out will open, in addition to the options for membership (by installment and transition), automatic debit and others.

Withdrawal from Installments
Step 1. On the main screen you will find the option "withdrawal from installments", just click to be redirected to the next page;

Step 2. Read the information, click "Consult installments" to see the installments in progress in your registration. Proceed to the next steps if you want to give up your installment.

Step 1. Select "Register Report" on the home page;

Step 2. Fill out the application according to the requested information. The "Whistleblower" data will be filled in automatically in the system. Thus, it is enough to define only if you want the whistleblower's confidentiality to be protected or not, and inform the data of the "Defendant", in addition to the report and attachments that prove the complaint.

Step 1. This is a new function in Regularize. To access it, just click on "Administrative Guarantee", as shown in the image below;

Step 2. Fill in the registration of the active debt, its grounds, attach the documents, and determine whether who signs the applicant itself or a proxy. After filling, click "Finish" and wait for the answer. You can consult it later in "Inquiries on Application".

Step 1. Access the last option of the panel to request the Insured Debt Review;

Step 2. In the next window, options will appear for you to evaluate if any can be applied in your case. If possible, just select it and click the "Continue" button;

Step 3. After selecting the applicable option, a form for filling will open. In it, you must submit the registration (the debt registration number), in addition to evidence and the report to request the review due to its legality, title, discharge and so on.
