Rapper Kanye West puts firewood on the fire and tells Apple to buy TIDAL soon

The rapper Kanye West it doesn’t have a very good record when it comes to polemics. Turn and move, he places himself inside one, with incredible ease. And the truth that seems to like this situation.

This week, he put a lot of wood on a fire that was practically out. Remember the story that Apple was interested in acquiring the TIDAL? Well look what rapper has been talking about on Twitter:

This obstacle between Apple and TIDAL is ending the music market.

I need Tim Cook, Jay Z, Jimmy Larry, Drake Scooter and me at a conference call or meeting this week !!!

Screw this whole dispute. We will all be dead in 100 years. Let's give music to the kids.

Apple, now give Jay Z a check from TIDAL and stop trying to look like you are Steve (Jobs).

We have two possibilities here: the first is that, in fact, there was a serious conversation between executives from Apple and TIDAL about a possible acquisition. The chances that this has happened are quite large, taking into account all the hype that has recently emerged. Except that, in the same way that this rumor was released, it also disappeared leaving the air in the air the idea that the conversations came to nothing (perhaps for a nonsense that could have been easily negotiated between the parties, at least that suggested by the tweets West).

However, as we are talking about a person who loves to argue and show up, the second option is also quite plausible. And what would it be? West would be just pushing the envelope, throwing everything to the general public in order to pressure Apple in a situation that would already be completely defined (the withdrawal from the acquisition). Why do that? Simple: West is one of the artists behind TIDAL and would probably take some good $$$ home.
