The state has appointed you to SPY YOUR RENTERS! Your primary task to sneak your tenants and listen to their conversations. You should LISTEN to their apartments when they are not at home, rummage through your belongings for anything that might threaten the state authorities, and TRACK their PROFILE to your superiors. You should also report any person who is capable of violating the law or taking subversive actions against state authorities.
It is up to you to decide what to do with the information obtained. Report a parent and leave the child alone? Allow illegal activities to kick into regular activities? Blackmail you to get some money for your family? Complicated choices with complicated results.
