Exercising at home is a good way to keep your body active and healthy. But when you are not used to the wanderers in the fitness world, it can be difficult to maintain a correct posture or know how many times to repeat the exercises. The artificial intelligence of Powermove wants to become your next personal trainer and has prepared a series of exercises that do not require special equipment.
The AI that underpins the iOS application uses the iPhone or iPad camera to see if the user is training the right way. For example, if you are not flexing your knees correctly while doing squats or your arms while doing pushups, Powermove will warn you and give you directions on what to do.
To give you extra motivation, the application counts all repetitions and displays them on the equipment's screen. You can also synchronize Powermove with your Apple Watch for a more accurate heart rate record.
In the application catalog, find exercises adapted to your needs and objectives: be they lighter or more demanding sessions, such as High Intensity Interval Training (HITT). If you start to become a pro, AI will suggest more advanced exercises. You can also follow all the progress made day after day by consulting the statistics section.
Powermove is compatible with all iPhone launched from 2017 and all iPads that have hit the market since 2018. The application is free and can be found on the App Store.
