The Poupatempo Digital application was announced by the Government of the State of So Paulo on Wednesday (6). The initiative aims to facilitate remote requests from citizens, without the need to leave home in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. Available for Android and iPhone (iOS), the app allows you to consult more than 60 public services and more than 40 digital services already available on the Poupatempo do Estado website, among which we highlight access to Sabesp's educational services , vehicles, driver's license, in addition to remote services offered by some state governments. In the midst of the isolation period caused by the new coronavirus and defended by Governor Joo Dria, public services such as Poupatempo are closed as part of the measures to combat the spread of Covid-19.

Requests and inquiries must be made through the application or through the Poupatempo Portal (poupatempo.sp.gov.br), which may include the issuance of 2-way slips, documentation services, such as certificates of criminal record and status and declaration of loss of RG, in addition to CDHU services. 1. Request duplicate, renewal or definitive CNH

To make requests such as the issuance of 2-way slips, certificate of readiness, renewal of CNH or, even, the request for definitive CNH, just access the "Services" tab. Then tap on "Personal Documents" and "CNH".
The tabs containing each of these services are separate, but the step by step to access them is very similar: just proceed with the requests in the app by filling in some data, such as CPF, date of birth and zip code. After completing the application, simply pay the fees charged, if any, at a bank accredited to the state and the documents will be sent to your address.

If you have lost your identification document, the app allows the declaration of loss to be made virtually. To declare lost RG or to track the issuance status, go to the "Services" tab and tap on "Personal Documents".
3. Consult IPVA 2020 and fines

To perform IPVA, CRLV and fines consultations, simply access the "Vehicles" tab in "Services". Documents such as CRLV are also available digitally after the payment of the fees related to the request, and access can be done through the Digital Traffic Portfolio app.
To consult the IPVA, keep the license plate and the Renavam number on the vehicle. Add them in the indicated places and tap on "Consult". In order to access fines, it is necessary to register the vehicle in the app using the "+" button. In addition, it is also possible to search for reports of third party debits and vehicle restrictions through the app, which can facilitate the consultation of those who want to purchase a used car.

Poupatempo Digital also allows access to housing services through CDHU, which include 2-way requests for bills and bills, in addition to the so-called grouped billet. Water, sewage and sanitation accounts can also be consulted through the app. To request 2 copies of Sabesp's accounts or installments, simply access the "water, sewage and sanitation" tab in "Services" and tap on the related folders. Students in the state school system can also use the app to check enrollment and school report cards. Through the app, they can consult their registration number "RA" and show interest in school transfers. Students can also consult school documents, such as enrollment and completion statements.
