Since it was announced by the president of Sony (Shuhei Yoshida) that we will soon be able to play titles from Playstation 4 in Macs, we are looking forward to it. And the day has finally come! The 3.50 update for the system is now available to users.

Codenamed "Musashi", the new version brings many improvements Remote Play, which allows users to access their games on Macs and PCs. The function has existed since the PS3, but it was only possible to connect Sony's own consoles (such as the Vita) to PlayStation TV and some of their smartphones and tablets.
Although Microsoft was a pioneer in providing remote games with Xbox One and Windows 10, this function is only possible if both are connected to the same network. in this regard that Sony took the lead: in addition to accessing the games remotely, the compatibility extends to users of PCs (Windows 8.1 or later) and Macs (OS X 10.10 Yosemite or higher).
Basically, all games will be able to run remotely, with the exception of those that need other accessories (other than the control). As for resolution, it can be from 360p to 720p, at 30 frames per second and can be adjusted to 60fps.
Unfortunately, there is no possibility to play with keyboard and mouse, only with the DualShock 4 controller connected via USB. But this is a good start, right ?! 🙂
