THE Nanlite recently announced the PavoTube II 6C, newest RGBWW light tube from the PavoTube family. The rod is 25cm long, 3.8cm in diameter, weighs 260g and brings some very interesting features.

The PavoTube II 6C has a CRI (color processing index) 95 and Television Lighting Consistency Index (TLCI) 97, with color temperature ranging between 2700-7500K and green and magenta settings in CCT (color temperature). To explain it a little better, the effect of a light source on the color appearance expressed in the CRI, on a scale from 0 to 100. TLCI is already an evaluation of the colorimetric quality of the lighting when used in television production.
Designed to be a type of accent light, does the RGB tube have hands to attach it more easily to metal surfaces, in addition to having 1 / 4-20 sockets? at each end. In mode HSL (Hue, Saturation and Light), it is possible to experiment at 36,000 across the RGB spectrum, and it even offers 15 different lighting effects.
The lights can be controlled by the buttons on the back of the product or by the wireless remote control. Another possibility control them over Wi-Fi, using a smartphone app available on iOS and Android. Its 2200mAh battery offers up to one hour of use with full power and, if you need more time, you can plug a powerbank through the existing USB-C port.
The PavoTube II 6C will be supplied with a safety strap, carrying case, USB-C cable, three metal plates (for attaching the hands) and a user manual. Extra accessories include a battery wing, hotshoe support, mini trip and a waterproof bag that can withstand depths of up to 20 meters.
There is still no confirmed information on price or launch date. However, PavoTube II 6C is already listed on B&H for pre-purchase by $ 99 (about R $ 525 reais in the current quote and in direct conversion).
