Several shows were canceled in Brazil due to the coronavirus pandemic, which ended up forcing people to be quarantined at home. Even so, artists from around the world have come together to promote festivals online, mainly through Instagram. The inspiration came from Eu Fico Em Casa, a Portuguese festival that started last Tuesday (17th) through the social network.

Here in Brazil, the initiatives come from different places. It will be possible to watch famous singers such as Sandy, Martinho da Vila and Nego do Borel, in addition to independent groups and artists. Most will broadcast the presentations of their own homes and without bands, so as not to abandon the quarantine. In this way, the public can follow the shows even during the isolation period. The newspaper O Globo launched the #tamojunto festival, which will broadcast live from Friday (20) to Sunday (22). Artists such as Adriana Calcanhotto, Martinho da Villa, Nego do Borel and Duda Beat are among those confirmed for the presentations. The more than 20 singers mobilized by the cause will do intimate 30-minute live shows on their respective Instagram pages. One of the initiatives with the most filling lineup is the Festival Msica em Casa. From Friday (20) until the next Sunday (29), there will be five artists per day live through the official profile of the festival, @festivalmusicaemcasa. The ranking includes famous names from different genres of the Brazilian music scene, such as Sandy, Atitude 67, Jo and Di Ferrero. Before the show days, the page shows which singers will perform with their respective schedules. Each artist will perform for a maximum of 30 minutes straight from their home.

The Fico em Casa BR Festival was directly inspired by Eu Fico Em Casa, from Portugal, and will follow the same direction of the Portuguese partners. There will be more than 40 hours of content content formats, with music and presentations by several Brazilian artists. The initiative has names from several musical genres, from MPB to funk, and will take place between March 24th and 27th. The more than 1.2 million users who accompany the Instagram account can already attend musical, artistic and wellness presentations with expressive guests such as Silva, Bela Gil and Giulia Be. Another festival that has already started Cantgio Musical. Beginning last Thursday (19), the initiative brings together musical theater artists, who perform until Sunday (22). During all the days of concerts, the page @festivalcantagio, on Instagram, will post the lineup and the schedule of the performances, always counting on six artists per night. The transmissions will take place in live format on the festival page and, simultaneously, on the personal profile of the guest artist.

For folk lovers, FolkdaWorld organized the Folk no Sof festival for the sake of recluse campaigns. From the 20th to the 27th of March, the public will be able to watch two shows per night, starting at 5pm and 8pm respectively. The first confirmed artists were Pedro Vullpe and Murillo Augustus, who started work on Friday. To watch the presentations, just access the lives on the official profile @folkdaworld.

Good choice for those who like independent bands, Festival na Sala is an initiative organized by the band Gambia Rock. Although it has only one show day, on Saturday (21), the festival has 12 performances in all. The shows will run from 2pm to 8:30 pm with musicians from bands like Vivendo do cio, Vagale and the organizer, Gambia Rock. As with the vast majority of online festivals, each show will last 30 minutes and can be seen live on the festival's official page, @festivalnasala.

From Friday to Sunday, names like actor Rafael Portugal and musician Gustavo Bertoni, from the band Scalene, will perform for 30 minutes.
