Just two months after the launch of Apple Music, one of the main responsible for Beats 1 radio, Ian Rogers, is leaving Apple. The news from FT.com and has already been confirmed by the company.
The departure of Rogers, who was CEO of Beats Music before the acquisition by Ma, surprises mainly by the fact that the radio itself, among all that Apple Music offers, is perhaps its most praised part. It was Rogers, for example, who hired DJ Zane Lowe.
Sources indicate that Rogers is moving to a European company in an entirely different segment. For now, the executive has not updated his LinkedIn profile.

According to the Re / code, Rogers moves from California to Paris, where he works as a digital director (CDO) at LVMH it is a French luxury brand responsible for brands like Louis Vuitton, Marc Jacobs and Bvlgari.
