Office 365 is the signature, always up-to-date solution in the Microsoft office suite. 1. How to add or remove a dependent
One of the benefits of Office 365 Home is the ability to add multiple users under one subscription. See how to do it in the following tutorial.
Step 1. Go to the Office Management page (account.microsoft/services/office) and log in using your registered email and password with Microsoft. Then go to the Sharing tab and press the Start Sharing button;

Step 3. Guest users are listed on the same page below. Remove the dependent at any time with the Stop sharing option.

2. How to install and reinstall
Office 365 subscribers can install and reinstall Office programs as often as they like, as long as the maximum number of active licenses according to the type of subscription is met: one for Personal or six for Home.
Step 1. Log in to office and select Install Office;

Step 2. Press the Install Office button. At the bottom, check out the list of computers in your account that already have Office installed;

3. How to activate Office already installed on PC
Step 1. If you already have Office installed on your computer, you can validate it with an Office 365 subscriber account. To do so, open a program such as Word, Excel, or PowerPoint and select the Account menu;

Step 3. Press Sign In and sign in using the same email and password as your Office 365 subscriber or dependent account.

4. How to use Skype minutes
Step 1. An Office 365 subscription includes 60 monthly minutes of Skype, but the benefit must be activated to start in earnest. Do this by accessing the Skype menu from the account management panel (account.microsoft/services/office);

Step 2. Press Activate and wait a few seconds for the minutes to be enabled on your Skype account.

5. How to share expiring OneDrive links
An Office 365 subscription also adds extra features to free Microsoft services. In OneDrive, for example, you can store up to 1 TB of data and share files with expiring links and password-only work. By default, free OneDrive links have no expiration or passcode.
Step 1. Open OneDrive and right click on a folder or file. Select Share;

Step 2. Check Expiration Date and set a deadline to expire the share link. Check set password and create an access code that must be entered to open the material.

6. How to unsubscribe
Step 1. Office 365 subscriptions can be canceled at any time on the Microsoft Account Services page (account.microsoft/services). Press the Manage option next to the signature;

Step 3. Microsoft may offer two types of cancellation, depending on the monthly charge date. Choose one of the options and tick Next to proceed with the cancellation.
