Office 2019 will only be compatible with macOS Sierra 10.12 and later

Microsoft has already announced the news that will arrive for supporters of sute Office for Mac in your version 2019 and even released a previous version of the update for the business market. Now, the company is warning its huge user base more, say, late It is a good idea to update the system of your machines in the near future if they are still in older versions.

That's because Office 2019 for Mac has a minimum requirement of macOS Sierra 10.12 (or, of course, later versions like the current High Sierra and the future Mojave). In other words, subscribers to the Office 365 program, which delivers updates automatically, must update their systems so that the update is delivered upon launch.

In spite of this, those who are still on OS X El Capitan 10.11 or earlier and intend to remain (or cannot upgrade) will not suffer a complete abandonment so Microsoft will continue to provide normal support to previous versions of Office, just failing to introduce new features in them.

Office 2019 will be launched in the next month, both for Office 365 subscribers, subscriptions start at R $ 24 monthly, including services such as OneDrive and Skype and for those who opt for the single version, which costs R $ 400.
