Nubank is a digital bank with the proposal to make customers' lives simpler, with applications for Android and iPhone (iOS). Without roles or physical agencies, the fintech it offers online banking services and avoids bureaucracy, but that does not mean that the institution does not have important rules.
The bank's customer has a number of prohibited or non-recommended attitudes, some of which are informed by the proposed contract at the time of accession. O dnetc made a list of six prohibited things on Nubank, containing some behaviors that the user should always avoid.

1. Pay invoice with virtual wallet
Some people try to pay the bills for their Nubank credit cards using external virtual wallets, using the "roxinho" itself, causing the charge to be, in practice, postponed. What many users do not realize is that, when carrying out this transaction, they are only increasing their debt, generating a higher debt on their bills. For this reason, Nubank recommends that its users do not use digital wallets for this purpose.

2. Not taking care of the card and leaving passwords unprotected
It is one of the customer's obligations to store his physical card in a safe place. In addition to risks related to losses, it is also recommended that the customer does not expose the object. The contract proposed by Nubank suggests that the user also does not post pictures of his card on social networks.
In addition to storing the card, the user must protect his passwords, including the card's four-digit PIN, considered personal and non-transferable, in order to prevent unauthorized use by third parties. It is very important to memorize these passwords and avoid writing them, since notes can be lost or even stolen.

3. Use a cell phone that has no minimum requirements to receive updates from Nubank
Having a mobile phone always up to date and with minimum requirements for using and updating the Nubank application is one of the requirements of digital banking. This rule is highlighted in the usage contract proposed to the customer, which asks the user to always search for the latest version of the application in the App Store or Google Play Store.

4. Use Nubank for operations not permitted by law, such as gambling
A purchase at betting establishments can be denied by Nubank, if the activity falls within the characterization of gambling, for example. In addition to the regulations resulting from Brazilian law, the measure can also be based on ratings issued by the MasterCard network and therefore follow international criteria for protecting foreign exchange and credit. If such a transaction is found, Nubank may even cancel the user's card.
5. Ignore rules on the foreign exchange market
Nubank can bring facilities both in terms of purchasing limits and possibilities for purchases abroad. Through the digital card, purchases that may have been more difficult with other banks can become more practical, even during a trip. In addition, since October 2018, Nubank also facilitates the planning of international purchases, as it locks the dollar on the day the purchase is processed, and not on the day the invoice is paid.
However, this does not mean that the user can ignore other details, especially those related to the foreign exchange market. When making purchases abroad, it is the customer's responsibility to respect the legal requirements in force, especially the rules of the Central Bank of Brazil on the foreign exchange market.
6. Failure to verify the origin of the generated slips
As is often the case with other digital or traditional banks and services, scam attempts and fraud can always occur, and fake slips can reach the Nubank customer. If the user has received any type of account issued by another website or third parties, it is the customer's responsibility to verify the origin of these slips before making any payment.
If the user has any doubts regarding the origin of a ticket, the service channels of Nubank itself can verify and confirm the authenticity of the document. They are, therefore, the best way out for the user who has any kind of debt.
