To improve security, Nubank now requires the user to authorize new phones to use all of the app's functions. If this is not done, it is not possible, for example, to make transfers and payments through NuConta. Fortunately, it is quite simple to release a new device if you have access to an already authorized device: just confirm it from it. Otherwise, it is necessary to send a selfie and the process can take up to two business days.
In this tutorial, see how to authorize a new phone on Nubank. The useful tip for those who changed handsets or formatted the phone.
