Nubank now lets you transfer money through NuConta using just your contacts' phone number. The feature, announced last week, integrates the phonebook card application. This way, you can send money without needing your account number or sensitive data, such as your social security number. For privacy reasons, the feature is disabled by default and interested users should manually enable the new feature in their account settings.
In the following tutorial, check out how to enable NuConta integration with your phone contacts to quickly transfer money to your friends. The procedure was performed on an iPhone 8 with iOS 12, but the tips also apply to users of Android devices.
