Now, for real: after the charger (including the one that comes in the Watch Edition box) and the demonstration panels, the National Telecommunications Agency has now published the approval documents for the Apple Watch in itself. With that, the watch is released for sale in Brazil.
The model in question is the A1554, 42mm. The A1553, 38mm, is not listed there, but it probably does not need a separate approval since the difference between them is basically the size of the screen.
Here is the Technical Compliance Certificate:

And the photos of the units sent for approval by Anatel:

Note that all lines (aluminum, stainless steel and gold) have been analyzed and that the plug adapter is already Brazilian.

The documents also include the Apple Watch Sport plastic charger (model A1598).
Anatel's complete Apple Watch manual in Portuguese was also published on Anatel's system.

The approval code was already included in the Watch OS regulation area (1.0.1), see below:

As we announced a few weeks ago, Apple's plans are to launch Watch in Brazil by the end of July. It has already announced the first wave of international expansion of the product (which will take place on the 26th), so there is an expectation that we will be in the second or at the most the third.
Watch is currently on sale in Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, the United Kingdom and the United States.
