Even with a good part of its user base in social isolation (or maybe even because of that), Apple is launching new Apple Watch challenges in full swing: the last one happened last week, celebrating World Environment Day, and the next one is already duly scheduled.
At the next 21 (a Sunday), the International Yoga Day – and the Watch challenge, of course, has everything to do with the activity: all you need to do is do at least 20 minutes of yoga a day to complete it.
You can record your Yoga practice through the app Exercise, Watch, or any other third-party app that sends the data to the Health platform. If the challenge is successfully completed, you will receive the usual prizes: a badge, which can be viewed in the “Achievements” tab of the Activity app, and related stickers that can be used in iMessage and FaceTime:
Good exercises! ??♂️
