New version of HPLIP is released and now with support for Ubuntu 19.04 and Fedora 30

Less than 20 days after the release of version 3.19.3, a new release made available with support for the new version of Ubuntu and Fedora.

As we reported in an article made here on the blog, not even 20 days ago, that a version of HPLIP ready for use by Linux users, but not yet supported Ubuntu 19.04, Fedora 30.
