From rival friends, Twitter and Instagram
Twitter is now a social photo network too
At least if you have a Smartphone, Twitter, one of the world's most used social networks, previously had a partnership with Instagram, a social network that before being bought by Facebook was supposed to be as exclusive as possible.
After the breakup of the partnership Twitter decided to enter this segment too and now the Twitter app for Smartphones has received an update that allows you to apply filters on photos just as Instagram does.
To use the new version set up the program on Google Play, if your Android is properly configured it must show that there is a new update.
Whether the feature is going to be successful is only time will tell, but the margin of users Twitter can reach due to its much higher popularity than Instagram has ever dreamed of.
