Presented at the last special Apple event, last October, finally the new MacBooks Air and Mini macs are available for purchase in Brazil both in the online store and in physical stores (very soon).
As we mentioned, Apple proved that it did not forget the MacBook Air and updated its line of notebook “most loved in history”. Now, the machine has Retina Display and Touch ID, in addition to the T2 security chip, new keyboard with – the controversial – butterfly mechanism and larger trackpad with Force Touch.
Configured with the basic features, both the 128GB and 256GB storage models come with 1.6GHz dual-core Intel Core i5 processor, 813MHz LPDDR3 8GB RAM, Intel UHD 617 graphics and two Thunderbolt 3 ports.
In Brazil, the values (installments up to 12x) of the 13-inch MacBooks Air with the above configurations are as follows:
Both models have a shipping period of 2-3 weeks.
Like the new line of MacBook Air, mini Macs have also received a great update and are now up to 5x faster than before thanks to new processors (four or six cores) and Intel graphics (up to 60% faster).
Configured with 8GB of 2,666MHz DDR4 RAM and Intel UHD 630 graphics, the new four or six core mini Macs cost:
- 3.6GHz Intel Core i3, 128GB SSD: R $ 7,000
- 3.0GHz Intel Core i5, 256GB SSD: R $ 9,400
Both models are immediately available from stock.
