Excellent news for the 12 or so people who buy Macs in Brazil: the new Input MacBooks Pro, 13-inch, are finally available for purchase in our beloved republic – days after their approval by Anatel is released.
As we explained earlier, this update refers specifically to the two cheapest, least expensive models of the machine. In the new generation, computers gained Touch Bar and Touch ID, T2 security chip, new Intel processors quad-core 8th generation and super fast SSDs. The keyboard has the butterfly mechanism, third generation (with “improvements”).
The new generation of 13 ″ MacBooks Pro suffered a slight price increase in Brazil, as we have detailed here: the most “affordable” version, with 128GB SSD, now costs R $ 12,000 (against the R $ 11,700 previously charged); the model with 256GB SSD now comes out for R $ 13,600, against the R $ 13,300 previously; all have a 10% discount for cash payments.
The Brazilian Apple Online Store indicates that computers have immediate availability, and you will certainly be able to find them at Apple physical stores in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, as well as in Apple Premium Resellers and authorized resellers of the company.
