Netflix: how to manage mobile phones that can download video | Audio and Video

Step 1. Open the Netflix app on your smartphone and, if necessary, select your user profile.

Step 2. Go to the "More" tab located in the lower right corner of the screen. Then proceed to the "Account" option.

Step 3. You will be redirected to a web page with your account information and settings. On this screen, look for and select the option "Manage download devices".

Step 4. When accessing the management screen, the interface will indicate how many download devices can be used by your account and how many devices are already registered.

Step 5. On this screen, note that Netflix does not provide many details about the mentioned devices. So, if you want to identify a device to decide whether or not to remove it, tap the "show downloads" option. Then the service will show you what content has been downloaded on it so you can check and compare between phones and tablets.

Step 6. After deciding which device you are going to remove, locate it in the list and tap on the "Remove device" option, shown below.
