This Thursday (26), the INSS implemented the INSS Digital system in Rio de Janeiro, in all state agencies, to expedite the granting of pensions. The service stations start to issue only documents and protocols, to monitor the process on the web. The measure complements the organ's digitization system, which offers a series of automated services on the Meu INSS portal.

1. Schedules and requirements
Several INSS services can be booked online, even without a password. With the CPF, name and date of birth, it is now possible to apply for unemployment insurance, schedule an inmate's allowance and other Social Security benefits. The website also allows you to update social security information and consult the requested requirements.

2. Retirement by age
The function of retirement by age is already allowed in the automated service of Meu INSS. After a brief registration, with CPF and social security data, the citizen can know with a click the eligible age to retire. If the portal notifies you of the availability of retirement, just go to an INSS service center to request the benefit.

INSS taxpayers can request maternity wages directly through Meu INSS. By informing the birth date and the child's registration information, the portal speeds up data collection and alerts you if the benefit is available for use. Then, it is necessary to go to a service station with the original documentation. It is worth remembering that maternity wages are also granted to domestic servants.
4. Social security extract (CNIS)
The social security extract can be consulted through the INSS platform. Thus, taxpayers can obtain a monthly report of deposits from the employer or originating from individual contributions. The document allows to know if the company makes the payments correctly and what periods are left until retirement.

5. Payroll, benefit and income tax statements
Meu INSS allows access to extracts of monthly discounts on payroll loans, the history of receiving benefits (retirement, disability and others) and income tax report. In the case of loans, it is possible to know the current consignment margin, the amounts of the installments and the remaining payment term. The IR registration details the annual receipt to facilitate the statement.
6. Result of medical expertise
After passing a proficiency exam at a service point, applicants for disability benefits can obtain the result directly from Meu INSS. The consultation must be done with CPF and password registered with Dataprev. Registration can be done on the INSS website itself.
7. Letter of grant and statement
The grant letter is a document that specifies how to calculate the amount of benefits already granted and provides information on the bank responsible for payment. To obtain the letter, I need to register in My INSS with the CPF. It is also possible to obtain a declaration stating a registered benefit, or not, in your name.
