Musical “Nerds”, which would debut on Broadway in April, is canceled due to the departure of an investor

In mid-January, we announced here on the website that was due to open in April, on Broadway (in New York), a funny musical about the rivalry between Steve Jobs and Bill Gates.

For, as informed by the Variety, "Nerds" was canceled postponed due to the departure of a large investor.

It is not yet known if the production of the play (led by Carl Levin) will get a new one interested in betting on it, but for now unfortunately the Teatro Longacre and the cast that was already rehearsing will be released. 😕
