Mozilla started a project that aims to reshape Firefox's visual identity. New logos and cones will be designed for the famous browser and other products derived from the manufacturer. For the first time, the program logo will be different from the one adopted by the brand in general.
According to the creators, the idea is to create a standard online with new applications and services under the Firefox umbrella. Currently, they involve apps for virtual reality, software with a focus on privacy and others yet to be launched. There is no provision for the implementation of the redesign, but until then, the community will be able to give an opinion on the options.

Mozilla separated the design proposals into two groups. In one of the sketches, the main logo is very different, changing the classic logo of the curved fox to a symbol that looks like the face of the animal in front. In the second group, the figure does not change that much, but maintains the idea of modernizing the appearance with a varied set of colors.
The two systems bring very different design proposals for other products related to Firefox, such as Firefox Focus, a mobile browser with a focus on privacy, and for the VR device browser Firefox Reality. There is also a fourth block of logos for new apps. According to Mozilla, some of these symbols are not yet finalized and may change over time.

The Foundation provides an opportunity for the community to contribute to the project. Although there is no direct space for voting, anyone can comment on their general impressions around design directly in the comment field of the post on the official blog.
