Based on a memoir, The True Story unfolds in a thought-provoking plot that deepens the relationship between journalist Michael Finkel (Jonah Hill) and his source, Christian Longo (James Franco), a suspect accused of killing his family. The story is scanned by the reporter as the doubts weigh on the veracity of the accusation against the accused. But Franco and Hill's magnificent performances steal the show in this drama, which brings, between its lines, a reflection on the role of journalism in society and the delicate frontier that separates truth from lies.

THE Movie of the week those that are worth it. I emphasize that we are not talking about a classic, but about a production based on real facts with small grafts of ficus. Thus, the unfolding of the story should not please everyone, after all it is a tense event and full of situations that refer to our daily lives. The cast, often highlighted by recent comedies, meets expectations and follows the good script that holds us to the end. It is worth remembering that The True Story has just been launched on paid channels, so buy an option.
