Every Thursday Apple picks one Movie of the week iTunes Store, whose purchase (even at 4K / HDR, depending on production) comes R $ 9.90. The title selected this time was “Hereditary”, horror movie by director Ari Aster.

New director and screenwriter Ari Aster tries to understand how certain families are more affected by tragedy than others. Was it a millennial curse or pure luck? In the case of “Hereditary,” Annie Graham (Toni Collette) deals with her mother's death while keeping her family together. But when the matriarch's tomb is violated, strange appearances and shocking events take over her life. Packed with sinister rituals, shocking scenes and characters with secret plans, the film is an old-fashioned horror centered on the brilliant acting of Collette and the girl Milly Shapiro.

When I first saw the call of this movie, I recognize that it didn't draw my attention much. However, when I watched him, I could see that it was a first-rate terror. With a competent cast, a well-tied script and a conscious direction, we have one here a great production. Although it was not a box office success and some consider it a bit stalled, for those who like the genre I believe a full plate!
