In addition to App of the week, every Thursday Apple chooses a Movie of the week, whose purchase is only $ 3. The title selected this time was Seven Years In Tibet, with Brad Pitt.

Here's what Apple says about the movie:
When a real and inspiring story falls into the grace of the seventh art, the result turns into works like Seven Years In Tibet. Star Brad Pitt plays Austrian mountaineer Heinrich Harrer, who is so arrogant and self-centered that he neglects pregnant women to achieve their goals. on the eve of the outbreak of World War 2, he leaves the family to climb one of the highest peaks in the world in the Himalayan region. The expedition becomes a drama in the midst of conflict, since, as an Austrian, Harrer falls into the hands of English soldiers as a combat prisoner. On the run, he heads to the holy Tibetan city and is faced with the leader Dalai Lama. From this encounter, amid breathtaking landscapes, a personal revolution takes place. A grandeur that will cause the viewer to reflect and, perhaps, some tears.
As usual, our reader Renato Alan Promenzio (@tripalavra), who is a cardholder, was also willing to send us a personalized comment about the film:
I consider the Movie of the week a great reflection. After all, in addition to all the tribulations passed by climber Heinrich Harrer in search of the dream of climbing Nanga Parbat, he at the height of his arrogance left a marriage in crisis and his newborn son behind. And only after a great war, an escape and a refuge did he find himself becoming someone totally different, apart from a great friend of the Dalai Lama. I recommend buying and why not? the reading of the book which, in 1982, had its preface modified in which words from the Dalai Lama were added.
