Movie of the week: buy “Rampage: Total Destruction”, with Dwayne Johnson and Naomie Harris, for R $ 9.90!

Every Thursday Apple chooses a Movie of the week at the iTunes Store, whose purchase (even in 4K / HDR, depending on the production) R $ 9.90. The title selected this time was "Rampage: Total Destruction", with Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Naomie Harris.

Check out his trailer:

Here's what Apple says about the movie:

In "Rampage: Total Destruction", a giant albino gorilla is on the loose, in the company of a mutant crocodile and wolf that would not do ugly in Winterfell. So, don't take anything too seriously to taste the fun sequences of the classic game adaptation. Dwayne Johnson proves to be almost a genre in itself, displaying white teeth and muscles with such charisma that it is impossible to resist his hero. Exaggerated action and special effects guarantee the show, but Brad Peyton's feature (“Earthquake: The San Andreas Fault”), above all, the sheer definition of a popcorn movie.

As usual, our reader Renato Alan Promenzio (@tripalavra), who is a cardholder, also sent us a personalized comment about the film:

A popcorn movie that amuses, but does not add much. I consider that most of the films of “The Rock” were and made to entertain without pretenses, either in the films ground and or in franchises like "Fast and Furious". The messy script does not develop the characters and is already presenting sequences of results that in the end, in the midst of so much destruction, end up being in the background after all, in some films why, how and when do not matter, as long as the action is frentica. Here he shares screens with a giant gorilla (and we're not talking about King Kong), causing great destruction. In the call for the film in the USA, where it was not very successful, the highlight was The great meets the giant; I believe that the call alone presents it. I consider it a movie for fun, but nothing that should be taken too seriously. “The Rock” is always guaranteed, apart from its “Baywatch” rule, this is a bomb.
