Movie of the week: buy “Maps to the Stars”, with Julianne Moore, for $ 3!

In addition to App of the week, every Thursday Apple chooses a Movie of the week, whose purchase is only $ 3. The title selected this time was Maps to the Stars, with Julianne Moore, John Cusack, Robert Pattinson and Mia Wasikowska.

Check out his trailer:

Here's what Apple says about the movie:

The brilliant director David Cronenberg was known for his horror films, but over the years his work has become more sophisticated and challenging. Maps to the Stars is undoubtedly one of his most daring films. The story takes us to the seductive and disturbing universe of Hollywood presenting the daily life behind all the glam and the characters are connected by drama, hauntings, mysterious fires and other dark secrets. Julianne Moore won an award at the Cannes Film Festival for her incredibly baffling and striking performance.

As usual, our reader Renato Alan Promenzio (@tripalavra), who is a cardholder, also was willing to send us a personalized comment about the film:

THE Movie of the week seeks to reflect Hollywood, based on the eccentricities of the stars and their peculiar habits. Of course! David Cronenberg could not fail to introduce his own eccentricities to the plot and leave this production different so as not to say confused at certain times. But I believe that all of this is part of the essence of Maps to the Stars. The cast is good, the performances according, but the reviews and box office were very negative. Enjoy!
