In addition to App of the week, every Thursday Apple chooses a Movie of the week, whose purchase is only $ 3. The title selected this time was Frankenstein – Between Angels and Demons, with Aaron Eckart.

Here's what Apple says about the movie:
A story that spans centuries maintaining fascination and fear. Frankenstein is a character created in Mary Shelley's gothic novel in 1818, but the mythology of the patchwork man, brought to life by lightning from a storm, lives on in the cinema imagination today. This feature, however, is a hybrid adaptation inspired by the original novel and the character recreated for the Kevin Grenvioux comics, in which the protagonist finds himself in the midst of a wild battle between demons and ghosts. Expect a new Frankenstein (played by Aaron Eckhart) different from the cliché and a plot full of action and special effects. The film promises pure entertainment for those who want to relax and be carefree.
As usual, our reader Renato Alan Promenzio (@tripalavra), who is a cardholder, also was willing to send us a personalized comment about the film:
The premise of Movie of the week cool and tries to change the various stories about Frankenstein a little bit. In other words, to have a man-made monster fighting between angels (granules) and demons. But unfortunately it is nothing more than that, skidding in script, photography and everything. Okay, not all bad, but it's just a movie for the Hot Screen. Want to watch a good movie with Aaron Eckart, see Batman – The Dark Knight.
