Every Thursday Apple chooses a Movie of the week at the iTunes Store, whose purchase (even in 4K / HDR, depending on production) R $ 9.90.
The title selected this time was “Django Unchained”, with Jamie Foxx, Christoph Waltz, Leonardo DiCaprio, Kerry Washington and Samuel L. Jackson, directed by Quentin Tarantino.
Check out his trailer:
Here is the synopsis of the film:
Set in the southern United States two years before the advent of the Civil War, “Django Livre” (“Django Unchained”) stars Oscar® winner Jamie Foxx as Django, a slave whose brutal past with his former masters brings him face to face with a German bounty hunter, Dr. King Schultz (Oscar® winner Christoph Waltz). With Django by his side, Schultz goes in search of the most wanted criminals in the south. While honing his skills as a hunter, Django remains focused on his one goal: to find and rescue Broomhilda (Kerry Washington), the wife he lost to the slave trade years ago.
As usual, our reader Renato Alan Promenzio [@tripalavra], who is a movie buff, also sent us a personalized comment about the film:
THE Movie of the week it has all the elements that Tarantino fans love: a great cast, soundtrack with Ennio Morricone (figurine stamped in his films), suspense and a lot of blood. This blood is partly true – since, in one of Leonardo DiCaprio’s intense scenes, he cuts his hands (he even took stitches after the scene). Does anyone know what it is? Leave it in the comments! I consider “Django Livre” one of the coolest films by Quentin Tarantino and one of the most agitated as well, since his narratives are usually long and slow. It is worth having in your collection.
