Drama fans with touches of spicy and intelligent humor will love Traio, a medium-length film signed by Dutch director Paul Verhoeven (Robocop – The Policeman of the Future). Fun and relaxation gives the atmosphere of a history at first sight tense, but that unfolds at a fast pace and full of twists. Here, we have the 50th anniversary celebration of the married executive and family man Remco (Peter Blok), who finds himself in a turmoil of confusion when former lover Nadja (Sallie Harmsen) appears pregnant. Apple has opened doors for international films, here another Dutch production that becomes interesting only because of the script and direction of Paul Verhoeven ("Robocop", "The Avenger of the Future", among others). Obviously, this brings us to an interesting film and nothing more. After the last disastrous attacks (“O Homem sem Sombra” and “A Espi”) in American cinemas, Verhoeven, with just over 75 years of age, now sticks to independent cinema.
