Motorola is about to return to flagships with new Edge +

Motorola moved away from flagships a few years ago. The company has been dedicated to producing medium and low range equipment, with the Z3 being its last contribution to the highest segment of the market. However, as reported by OnLeaks and Pricebaba, the technology is about to return high-end smartphones with the new Edge +. It is a device with a 6.7-inch display, without frames and with an update frequency of 90Hz.

The images published by both portals also show us that the screen will be curved and that the front camera is accommodated in a hole in the upper left corner of the display.

Rumors point to a Snapdragon 865 processor, between 8 to 12GB of RAM, a battery with 5,000mAh capacity and three rear cameras.

In view of current standards, the only aspect that seems to remain is the resolution of the screen – 2,340 x 1,080 – which, however, can help to extend the phone's battery.

The price remains unknown, but in a segment full of options, the success of this Edge + can depend a lot on how competitive its value is.
