Motherboard manufacturers develop software that allows recharging of iPads on PCs

In response to the discovery that iPads could not be recharged on most PCs, three motherboard manufacturers GIGABYTE, MSI and ASUS teamed up to create software that solves this issue on computers that use their technologies, regardless of whether they are desktops, notebooks or netbooks (32 or 64 bit).

ASUS claims that its solution, specifically, works with almost any computer (check out the video below). However, if you are unlucky enough to have a PC with a low voltage USB port and none of the three options solve your problem, the way to connect the iPad to the wall.
