It's another novelty of iOS 8.3 beta, which is in the hands of developers and some users participating in the Apple Beta Software Program.
In addition to Siri in Portuguese, new Emojis and improvements to the Messaging app, Apple has included a new option “Password Settings” in ITunes Store & App Store Settings.
Upon entering it, we can activate an option to download free applications without the need for a password. In addition, Apple has made it easier to access another legal feature, but which on iOS 8.2 or earlier is available at General Settings Restries: the possibility to adjust the password requirement for all purchases (including internal purchases) or to allow a 15-minute window.
Note that the option to download free apps without the need for a password is still not working, but as soon as Apple releases the final version of iOS 8.3 everything should be ready. Thus, Apple again offers an option for those who did not like the change made in the past, the password was not necessary to purchase content distributed free of charge in the App / iTunes / iBooks Stores.
