The new ones iPhones (especially the 11 Pro Max) are being highly praised for their batteries, but that does not mean that all users can dispense with the use of external batteries or special cases to extend the life of handsets especially those who work with the phone all day or spend long periods away from the socket.
Apple has not yet entered the field: versions of the Smart Battery Case for the new iPhones are expected to be released at some point, but so far there is no real expectation. Good, then, that mophie stepped forward and already tried to launch models of his juice pack access for the new appliances.
The cases are similar to other models of the line in operation and design. They have that little belly on the back to accommodate the extra batteries (2,000mAh on iPhones 11 and 11 Pro; 2,200mAh 11 Pro Max) and do not obstruct the Lightning port of the devices as the load is passed by contact / induction. The rear has an activation button and a row of LEDs that indicate the charge level of the accessories.
You can recharge the cases via the USB-C port or any wireless charger. And there is no problem that the iPhone is inside it, since it has a protection technology that directs the power to the smartphone first, and only after that, recharge its own battery.
The extra life time granted to your iPhone with the case depends on the model you have. See below:
- iPhone 11: 14 additional hours of audio or 3 hours of video;
- iPhone 11 Pro: 13 additional hours of audio or 5 hours of video;
- iPhone 11 Pro Max: 15 additional hours of audio or 5 hours of video.
The new juice pack access j can be purchased from the mophie website at $ 100 each.
