Mobills vs GuiaBolso: apps help organize finances and save money

Both have a minimalist interface and similar to each other, such as the menu at the bottom of the app, which gives access to the app's features. Another aspect similar to the initial screen, where the user can already count on previous information, such as income, expenses, among others.

Although Organizze is simpler, Mobills allows you to customize your home screen. By default, you can view the month summary, account balance, income, expense and card expenses at the top of the screen. This information can be changed between 15 resources, such as inspirational phrases, favorite transactions and financial indicators, to the user's taste.

It is possible to separate expenses and income by categories, such as fixed accounts, transportation, leisure, health, among others, in order to better organize the accounts and know exactly where your money is going. At the moment, Organizze offers ten category options, but according to its advisory, more options will arrive soon. On the contrary, Mobills does not restrict the user, but only has eight labels.

Credit Cards and Bank Accounts

Expenses on credit cards and checking account can be separated in the two apps, however, this feature is restricted to the premium version of Organizze, unlike Mobills. In both cases, it is necessary to include expenses and income manually, as there is no synchronization with financial institutions, as in GuiaBolso.

The latest update of Organizze for iPhone brings changes to the interface, following the iOS navigation pattern. The operation of the credit card bill has also been optimized and new filters for accounts, categories and various types of expenses, income, transfers, among others, have been added. The latest Mobills updates have been focused on bug fixes and usability improvements.

Organizze free, but limited. To control the credit card, own categories, among other resources, the user needs to subscribe to the "Mais" plan, with a price of R $ 8 per month. Mobills also has a premium version, for R $ 14.90 per month or R $ 79.90 per year, however, it presents less restrictions in the free plan. Both apps are available for Android from version 4.0.3 and iOS 8.0 or higher.
