The product that is being developed in no more than a virtual camera, which can be operated in conjunction with several video conference programs, such as Zoom and Google Meet. The software can be used to transform your stage into an authentic virtual stage.
In addition to aesthetic and animated backgrounds, already popularized by other proposals, Mmhmm also offers you the possibility to mix presentation slides and overlay images in your own window, during the conversation, which gives you another flexibility when communicating with coworkers and customers. The technology explains that, with a simple touch of the mouse, you can move your face, increase and reduce elements and hide completely. You can also add transparency to your silhouette and appear superimposed on other graphic elements. Note also that all these creations can be done in collaboration with another contact.
This solution can also be used to boost livestreams on YouTube, for example.
The beta version of Mmhmm has been available since this Tuesday, July 7th, but only by invitation, for macOS Catalina. Windows, Android and iOS versions are expected to be released in the coming months.
