Miss 1998? Microsoft is launching the classic “Patience” for iOS and Android

I've never been a big fan of Pacincia, the ubiquitous Microsoft game that has been included in all Windows editions since 1990, but I remember watching my father fight massive battles with the virtual deck on an old CRT monitor attached to a huge beige PC with 64MB of RAM (spoiler: it still does that, albeit on a slightly better machine).

The fact that my father can now also exercise his hobby anywhere, since Microsoft is launching Solitaire Collection for iOS and Android.

The application, as in its original version for Windows 10, is nothing more than the union of five card games, some of them present or not in several versions of Windows throughout history: in addition to the classic Pacincia (here called Klondike because, well, we live in the era of foreignism and nobody really cares about regionalizing things), we also have Spider, FreeCell, Tripeaks and Pyramid.

There are also a number of daily challenges worth coins and integration with Xbox Live for games together with friends. All titles can be played free of charge, but with advertisements Microsoft also offers the so-called Premium Edition, a $ 2-a-month subscription that removes advertising and doubles coins in completing daily challenges.

Microsoft Solitaire Connection compatible with iPads and iPhones / iPods touch running iOS 8 or higher and is now available for free on the App Store. Even though I am not a fan of the game, I already downloaded it by adding something absolutely essential and nostalgic:
