Minimum score on Uber: passengers may be kicked out of the app | Productivity

The dynamics of the Uber transport app establishes that the customer gives a note to the driver who provided the service. Those low-scoring professionals undergo recycling and may even be excluded from the platform. So far, nothing new. In Brazil, however, the company begins to test the reverse: that passengers' scores are taken into account. Consumers with very low scores could be kicked out of Uber.

O dnetc found that the minimum score would be 4, but the company does not confirm the information. Passengers with less than that would receive a message warning about the situation, so that they can improve their behavior. Some of the negative behaviors are the delay in getting to the car, the lack of education with the Uber partner and vomiting inside the vehicle.

Whoever receives the alert message would still have some time to adjust, depending on how often the user requests a ride through Uber. The company became popular by rivaling the taxi and gave rise to a new sector that currently has 99 Pop and Cabify, among other brands.

The creators of Uber would have determined as a maximum penalty the removal of the user, who could no longer request transportation through the app.

O dnetc sought out Uber, but the company did not want to comment by note. Among the questions were: Once the consumer receives the notice, how long did he unsubscribe (if the note does not go up)? e Once the customer is unsubscribed, is there a quarantine period until they register again in the application? Or is the user permanently banned?

Any Uber fan can see his average score. Just start the application and open the main menu. The figure usually appears below the person's name, on a scale of 1 to 5. As a curiosity, drivers with a score below 4.6 are cut.

The minimum passenger rating is in force in Australia and New Zealand.
