Step 1. Go to account.microsoft and log in to your Microsoft account. Then select "Privacy";

Step 2. Now, access the "Activity history" tab;

Step 3. Right below, under "Filter by data type", select "Voice". In the right column, all voice commands performed with Cortana will be displayed;

Step 4. You can hear the audio using the left play button. Select "Delete", just below the search, to remove the record. If you want to delete everything, check "Clear activity" in the upper right corner;

Step 5. Finally, confirm the action in "Clear".

Step 2. In the left sidebar of the window, select "Speech, ink writing and typing". on the right, press the option "Disable speech services and typing suggestions" and confirm.
