Microsoft abandons development of its Word Flow keyboard for iOS

It didn't last long.

In January last year, the Microsoft promised to take the Windows Phone virtual keyboard to iOS. Said and done: at the end of April 2016, the Word Flow American App Store has arrived.

But his story basically ends there. The keyboard has not expanded to other stores and languages, and today the site Windows Central found that Microsoft has officially abandoned the project that is no longer in the App Store, by the way.

Instead, Microsoft now recommends SwiftKey acquired by her also last year. This is in active development and available globally, including in Portuguese in Brazil.
