1. Service scheduling

12. Ask for assistance benefit
Assistance benefits can be claimed by people with disabilities, the elderly or individual port workers. The supporting documents can be sent upon request and must be scanned in PDF format.
The pension application service can be provided by dependents of retired beneficiaries or workers, in case of urban or rural death. The attendance is carried out remotely, and it is not necessary to attend in person at the INSS units.
14. Individual taxpayer statement (DRSCI)
