At the end of May, more than a month before Apple released the iPhone 3GS, rumors and “leaks” about the so-called “third generation iPhone” were on the rise. One of them were parts of the supposed new device being sold in China, along with a picture of a metallic frame of the device that placed the upper speaker very close to the edge. Do you remember this one?

The guys from MacRumors, however, believe that what we thought was for the iPhone was actually for the Zii Egg announced this week by Creative. The gadget image (via CNET Asia), below, do not deny:

As we know, the iPhone 3GS came with good news, but all internal. The exterior of the device is identical to the previous one.
